1.1. Graphic Design Services: Pro Visions Graphic offers a variety of graphic design services, including but not limited to the creation of social media post designs, videos, carousels, and other custom graphics as described on our website.

1.2. Monthly Packages: We provide three monthly packages with specific features and designs. The packages and their details are available on our website.

2. Monthly Packages

2.1. Startup Package: This package includes 20 social media post designs, unlimited revisions, video contents, carousels, different sizes per design, and a dedicated designer. The turnaround time for designs is 2 days.

2.2. Professional Package: The Professional Package consists of 20 social media post designs, unlimited revisions, video contents, carousels, different sizes per design, and a dedicated designer. The design turnaround time is 2 days, with videos and carousels taking 3-4 days.

2.3. Premium Package: The Premium Package offers 40 social media post designs, unlimited revisions, video contents, carousels, different sizes per design, dedicated designer, research on your brand, and custom content generation for your posts. The design turnaround time is 2 days, with videos and carousels taking 3-4 days.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1. One-Time Payment: Payment for graphic design services will be processed as a one-time payment based on the specific design service selected. The cost of the service is fixed and payable upon confirmation of the design requirements.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options. The payment process is conducted through our secure payment gateway.

3.3. Billing for Additional Services: In addition to our standard design packages, we offer additional services that may require separate billing. The billing for these services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.

3.4. Billing Cycle: For services that require ongoing support, the billing cycle begins on the date of sign-up for the respective package. The billing for additional services will occur upon confirmation of the service request and agreement on the associated cost.

3.5. One-Time Service Billing: For one-time design services, the billing occurs upon agreement of the design requirements and the corresponding fixed payment for the service.

3.6. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address, outlining the details of the service and payment made.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: All designs and graphics created by Pro Visions Graphic are owned by us and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.

4.2. Usage: The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the intended purpose only.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. General Refund Policy: Pro Visions Graphic values customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our graphic design services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service delivery date.

6.2. Refund Eligibility:  Refunds will only be considered for services that did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there are clear issues with the quality of the delivered designs.

6.3. Payhere Refunds:  If you used Payhere for the payment transaction, the refund will be processed through Payhere. The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
